This is to provide short term accommodation secured over good quality residential property. All types of residential, residential investment (single dwelling to blocks of flats) and some lifestyle blocks are acceptable security. However, city located bare land development and construction loans, boarding houses or motels/hotels are generally not acceptable. Terms range from 1 month to 24 months fixed rate.
