This is best suited to self employed customers who do not have or wish to produce current financial records or who may have some sort of credit impairment. Borrowers must have been in their current business for a minimum of 12 months and be GST registered. Variable interest rate, up to 30 years principal and interest, interest only up to 5 years. Repayments fortnightly or monthly by direct debit. Lump sum repayments without penalty are not available.
