The main reasons for Crediflex collecting personal information about

- to assess your financial and credit position when you apply for a loan or other product from or through Crediflex.

We may disclose personal information to Crediflex Group, accredited financiers, ratings agencies and property valuers. We will seek your approval in writing or orally to passing on this personal information.

You may access your personal information by contacting us and correcting any of it such as your address and contact details. Should you require access please contact us by any of the methods referred to below. We may charge a fee depending on the type and quantity of information provided.How long do we hold personal information:
By law Crediflex must hold information about you even after you cease
to be a Crediflex customer. However, after the time required by law
Crediflex will destroy your personal information thoroughly and safely.
